1. If your order is received by 12pm on a weekday, we will do our best to despatch your photos on the same day.
2. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be despatched on the Monday or next working day
3. We make every attempt to protect our orders from damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, so that we can arrange replacement of the damaged photos.
4. If your photos go missing in the post, please wait 7 days before calling us. We will re-print your photos and send them again.
5. Our quality and service is guaranteed, if we cannot meet your expectations, we will refund your money.
